JMO VA services can be purchased three ways:

PAYG (Pay as you go) - billed in 15 minute increments with a one hour minimum.

By the project - Projects require 50% of the accepted estimate as a down payment and the remainder will be due upon project completion. Once payment in full has been received all documents will be released to the client. (This requires a Service Quote signed by client prior to receiving project.) Depending on complexity and duration most projects are billed at a per project rate, the Client Service Agreement will designate if the project is billed hourly or at a per project rate.

By retainer package - the best option for those who need ongoing monthly assistance.
